YEA! I just saw the twitter message. It's a little bit of everything. I love
just taking pictures on the run and getting a link up on all my social
networking sites. Good stuff. Definitely a fan and a long-time user.
It is a nice site but It doesn't carry all of the features that going to
twitter itself does. I can't access all the features of twitter and that is a
big inconvenience. Plus i like to see my nice twitter background picture,
lol.
Instead of having a standard network messaging system, we have the need for a
service like ping.fm, to blast our messages out to all our web services, which
is really quite useful. On a side note: the internet is messed up.

The best social networking and micro blogging service available.
If I want a message to show up on all my social networks, I use ping.
The best ping services right now.
I used to use it more when Pownce used to be around, shame I don't use it much anymore. I may have to start using it more.
There is no better site that I have found to post to multiple social network sites than Ping.fm
It also allows for the material to be posted to be tweaked and posted based upon rules which you can also massage.
I like the app but I still need more user control ;D
Only use this from my phone or with GTalk/MSN. Very handy tool!
It's simple and it works very well. Awesome for Gmail users.
My favorite!
Send your message to all of your micro-blogs
