I must have loaded this when I got Pinnacle's pctv. PCTV runs slowly, gets stuck when I change channels. My computer performs poorly since that "upgrade". According to taskmanager, PCMloader.exe is hogging a lot of memory.
No, I don't recommend this. My system has well over the required resources listed on the package. Also, their tech support is about the worst I have found anywhere.
