Concept is good, but if you have quite a number of people you follow, it's insane--for instance, I came home the other day to find it reporting that I had 10,000 tweets to read. Um, I don't think so.... It would be much, much better if it would allow you to use the program only to follow the tweets of certain users. If you have only a handful of people you follow, it would probably be the least obtrusive way to view their tweets in semi-realtime.
Simply to use, pratical what else ?
