Windows configuration and control software. Seemingly endless options: Create toolbars, menus, and tray icons, tile/cascade windows, configure scheduled tasks, create hotkeys, script actions...too many options to list here. Not for the feint of heart, but extremely powerful.

Possibly the single most powerful app I've ever used. Most features still work under Vista, too. Development has halted and the web site is...lame, but this is a very mature product.
Have been using this to customize Windows for years. It's the only small and powerful application, that doesn't bog down the system. Hard to setup at first, with too many features and almost low level setup.
