Decent cheat program, relatively easy to use and setup: You simply copy the pec.dll file into the plugin folder in ePSXe, select PEC as the video plugin, and run your game! It tends to cause bugs in some games, often resulting in the crashing of a game or freezing during cinematic scenes, although for the most part it's a good program for those of us who are impatient. Works best with WinXP.
Doesn't work under Vista!
