Lol. It uses Windows Explorer in fact.
So only 500kb for so powerful file manager.
Lightweight, multi-window file management replacement. With Q-Dir I almost never have a Windows explorer window open anymore.

1. Optional full row selection in the tree-view and automatically expand when you click.
2. New languages in Q-Dir Chinese and Polish.
3. New color filter option "#RO" for write-protected files.
4. Several small fixes and optimizations.
Just installed and liking already.
I have to say that i didn't think I would ever really love an alternative explorer program, but this is fantastic, great for sorting files as you can have multiple panes open. Works a treat even with vista. I love that it gives me my "back" button back in vista too.
