When does anyone need to use QT? The damn thing won't even fullscreen. Most flash players can do this, so why can't Apples?

    Yet another disgusting crapple software.
It looks like crap, works like crap and most of all, is crap.

If anyone needs an example of a poorly coded software for programming class, bring this abomination of a program.

I vaguely recall in the far distant past when the QuickTime codecs were actually a contender on non-Apple platforms. Nice try with apple.com/trailers/ though, Apple.

Bloated software, if wanting to playback video on a Mac I would recommend VNC, plays all QuickTime files plus much much more. If you want to stick with QuickTime install the Perian plugin, this allows many more files to be played.

Use QuickTime Alternative. I don't mind if the QuickTime is embedded in web pages. Using it as a player outside the web browser it is awful. Nag screen every time you start it up. The Update Programme that is installed with it is awful too. It asks you to download quicktime and quicktime with itunes. Yes, by default the updater what's you to download quicktime twice. Again, the updater nags you to download QuickTime with iTunes, every so often. If you do not what to be harassed, then use something else.
