i like dis, i use it often.
I've used it since it was known as dictionary.com.... I look up a word or two for their exact meaning, or sometimes translate a word into Dutch. I prefer the reference, however. A very useful site!

This is basically a front end to ask.com - so what is new here? I only visited it as it was the top suggestion from wakoopa for me - I will likely trust these suggestions less in the future.

If you can't be bothered with installing a desktop application such as WordWeb or TinySpell -- Reference.com is a great place to go to for the occasional spelling check or search for an alternative word. I use it all the time.
