you can find coders, however the fact that coders dont pay to bid, makes room for noobs and very unprofessional actors to join the bidding with unreasonable low prices. Ratings are also subjective, but its bids beats the hell out of elance, odesk, guru etc. what other site coders can charge 1500 for rentacoder you can get it done for 100 if you are willing to risk it.
