I've been a Rhapsody customer since 2004 and they are great most of the time.
I'm on a MAC so I only use the web version and it blows my mind they don't have
a MAC version. Last time I used the desktop it was crap anyway.
With the web app it constantly has problems streaming songs and is
inconsistent at best. Although I would never cancel Rhapsody, I do wish they
would make some much needed improvements.
