RNG Reporter

RNG Reporter is a tool to determine the way the Random Number Generator (RNG) of Pokémon Emerald, Diamond, Pearl and Platinum Versions works. It can effectively be used for finding the way to encounter above-average, shiny or otherwise special Pokémon.

According to the changelogs, the version 7.10 will also support the manipulation of RNG in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver Versions.
