… More EditROBLOX is a free game and virtual world for kids that combines elements of building, inventing, and community. The ROBLOX world is built from thousands of physically simulated components that are assembled to form buildings, vehicles, scenery, and characters. Users battle, trade creations, out-invent one another, or just hang out at each other’s virtual place. Each player starts by choosing an avatar and giving it an identity. They can then explore ROBLOX — interacting with others by chatting, playing games, or collaborating on creative projects. Users build their places with a virtual toolbox — be it a navigable skyscraper, a working helicopter, a giant pinball machine, a multiplayer "Capture the Flag" game or some other, yet-to-be-dreamed-up object or activity.
By participating and by building cool stuff, ROBLOX members can earn specialty badges as well as ROBLOX dollars ("ROBUX"). In turn, they can shop the online catalog to purchase avatar clothing and accessories as well as premium building materials, interactive components, and working mechanisms.
Everything in the ROBLOX world is physically simulated, providing realistic vehicles, fully destructible buildings, and dynamic characters. ROBLOX provides in-game coding using a scripting language called Lua. Users can create simple scripts to make a brick disappear, or complicated ones that control a flying machine.
Users can interact with each other through chat, messaging and forums, where they can promote their creations, ask for help, share advice and support one another.
You can also pay for it with three different payment options and get extra things. Builder's Club for $5.00, Turbo Builder's Club for $12.00, and the recent Outrageous Builder's Club for $20.00.

Really fun game. Unlike most of the recent posts, I believe Roblox is a great game. Especially for young kids. They have been making more and more things for paid members (Called Builder's Club for $5.00 Turbo Builder's Club for $12.00 and Outrageous Builder's Club for $20.00). It is still great with how anyone can create a game. For free.
Horribly made game.
Ugh don't remind me about this game. It was fun in 07 and by early 08 it was getting very boring. Now it is the worst online game there is. The admins are not involved, it's filled with whiny little 10 year olds, and it costs too much.
This is no longer a good game, it used to be in '07 or '08 but during '09 a lot of experienced users quit roblox, because the admins became cocky and decided to make the game more directed to gullible 8 year olds. The commentaries are filled with spam because of the 8 year olds. The mods make too many non-necessary updates, when there are quite a lot of bugs that they should be dealing with, instead of making the game "Look good". I recommend this game if you have time, patience, and money.

Very fun game to pass the time. It's basically LEGOs with guns and zombies, and more! Laggy at times, but overall, its a great game!
ROBLOX is a great game, it's really funny if you enjoy playing with lego's when you were a kid. But there's alot of glitches, and tons of BUGS! If you don't mind those, it's a pretty solid game. The community is pretty 'okay' if you want to put it that way. But yes. ROBLOX is a clear choice.
