Best application launcher I have used. It is light on resources, has never crashed, and is fully customizable. Rocektdock.com has a great deal of icons and skins.
Love this app. I can launch my most important programs quickly. You can add quite some nice slick icons from their website. Everybody who sees me using it gets excited.

I have this installed on all of my computers (3 or so) as it is very useful and I don't like icons all over the desktop. There is nothing better.
Rocket dock is one of the best free applications out there. It out preforms and has many more features than the "Dell Dock" which I think is spin off of star dock and certainly not free. I think It is the best windows App launcher "." Ohhh and it looks so pimp!
Bar far one of the best applications ever. I use it on every computer I have. It clears your desktop, and you can have all your most used programs right there. Simply hide it and you can just move your mouse to the edge of the screen to see it.

Something i use all the time, if im ever on another computer that doesn't have it i find myself trying to mouse up to the top of the screen in vain cursing the fools who dont know better then to rocketdock.
