SalesForce is a great CRM solution that allows you to tie in just about anything and utilize an amazing and powerful set of tools and extensible API (for program add-ons and such).
Excellent CRM solution indeed, however, let's not forget the inherent PRM capabilities as well to manage indirect sales. :)
best CRM tool indeed - and I agree with Dave: it's totally awesome using it in Google Chrome -> 3x faster than in Firefox!

handy for small CRM usage - Goldmine or ACT do a better job in my mind
Good for CRM tracking, yet useful only for large companies. It prides itself on its extendability but every attempt i've had at integrating it falls over. Interface does indeed work well in all browsers. Recommend using it in Google Chrome
