SAP is he big bad wolf of enterprise software. I use the HR Module for a Fortune 1000 IT company. It is extremely powerful, versatile, quick, comprehensive, and has a terrible UI. There are virtually no shortcuts and it is the furthest from any other standard application I've ever used.
I can't comment on the interface, if you use it you know what I mean, but this is used in many if not most of the worlds large and now mid-size companies. There's something to be said for that.
