savIRC is an Open Source IRC Client written in Tcl/Tk. It was created by Saverio Castellano, Casey and Phobie now continue the development.
savIRC has many features that the popular IRC clients have. Some of these features include:

* Text Preview when using Color/Bold/Underline codes
* Anti-flood so you can copy a story and paste it all at once, and savIRC throttles how much text is sent.
