I really like the idea of Scoop and I think it shows a lot of potential. This may be one of the better looking (visually) RSS Readers I have tried and I'm becoming a fan programs running on the Adobe AIR platform. However, it crashes non-stop to the point where I can't use it. I will be checking back as development continues and hoping for a more stable version. It is worth a look but until it become more stable, this probably will not be your solution for RSS Feeds.
If you've been testing Garry Newman's engine-in-progress, you may have this in your profile. "Scoop" is the error-catching program he wrote.
i don't use this wat
I waited over 5 minutes for a sign of life that it was actually syncing with my Google Reader account before I quit the program. I'd stay away from this until it matures a lot.
