In the war for best AIR-powered Twitter desktop clients, I have to give a
slight edge to Seesmic Desktop, over Tweetdeck. It's more a matter of personal
preference, you can't go wrong with either one if you follow a lot of Tweeple
and you're trying to shape the data coming out of the firehose that is Twitter
in a meaningful way. What I prefer about Seesmic is the way you can create
groups of users, either arbitrarily or based on keywords. I think this grouping
feature alone is executed just a little better than Tweetdeck, and that's why
Seesmic is my choice right now. Of course, your mileage may vary.
