An overall fantastic program packed to the gills with useful features every music-lover should have. The Pro version is cheap and well worth the investment. I mostly use Skinitunes for the hotkeys and lyrics function, but have also used other features such as the Sleep Timer off and on and am grateful for them when I need 'em. Even their website is top-notch and informative, providing skins to change the mini-player to a look you like.
