Works well.
Great FTP client, too bad it has a timelimit. I'm just putting my Windows clock one year back, start SmartFTP, wait until it is fully loaded, and put my time back. Because I only shut my PC down once in the month and SmartFTP is always open, it's a pritty useful solution !

my 30 day trial is up and i'm back to using filezilla [...excellent however not as nice as smartftp] again. boohoo.
First FTP client I used. Pretty easy, but I wouldn't have gotten the hang of it had my hostess not walked me through it.
I'm using SmartFTP for last 4/5 years ... please with it's simple design, performance and value for money.
better then filezilla, but unfortunately you have to pay for it

I wish they'd stuck with the free licensing, because it's the best I've ever used, after trying so many others. I'm now using Filezilla. :(
this is the easiest to use FTP client ever, with a feature that no one else seems to be able to replicate, DECENT COPY/PASTE, I used it up until it became pay software recently and because of it, I've been using FTP file transfers a whole lot less...
It's easy to use, and that's all I care about.

Its pretty good, but I need more from a commercial product.
Don't like it at all, some important features missing like in FileZilla.
