SnagIt has some great features such as Scrolling window capture for webpages which allows you capture the entire page.

Nice interface and has a lot of features, though sometimes it can be a little bit slow and has a few bugs. It is one of the best screen-shooting program available as of now--if only it is cheaper.
Does what it does well, I use it often for design and mockups.

Great capturing tool. Works wonderfully and the included editor packs pretty much everything you need. A little pricey, indeed, but worth the money.
