Snap is pretty much the commercial equivalent of Apple's Photobooth, for Windows. This is an awesome piece of software, it includes a ton of real-time video filters, and allows you to add clipart to your videos too. After you take a picture, you are given the option to upload to many image hosting websites. Definitely worth the $18.
