I've been using Snapz Pro X for years, and it's always one of the first applications I install on a new machine. I use this program on a daily basis and love the fact that it just WORKS.
It's especially nice to be able to automatically add a specified border and drop shadow to my screen captures, because that saves me the additional step of opening my images in Photoshop and processing them there.
I use this screen capturing app at least 10-15 times per day. One of my must have programs on any machine I'm using. Abrosia Software makes great stuff and this program is no exception. Unlike other programs that want you to take the screenshot, upload to the web or perhaps make a bunch annotations on it, this focuses on it's core functionality and does a great job.
Got this from the Macheist 2 Bundle.
Love the movie-capture.
There are loads of apps for screen capturing and the likes [free and shareware], but none that offers movie-capturing afaik for Macs.
So, to capture those online streaming movie/vids [Blogtv, Stickam, UStream etc]- get this.
Invaluable ♥
I love this program. The $70 price tag is enough to steer people towards free and cheap alternatives, but I do like how easy it is to use.
