This emulator is popular in Japan, but rarely known in other countries. Pretty good performance, windows-standard interface, tiny menus, even better than Snes9x. I so like it I did a translation for it into Chinese.
It stopped updating at version XE-pre R12-0004, it has a long long days no updating. IDK why.
But there are something interesting in Japan 2ch board, this emu is sooo much like another emu uosnes(http://wakoopa.com/software/uosnes), and someone said one steal another's code and said the stuff is all made by himself. And XPP author is abused by a crazy guy. My Japanese sucks so can't understand the thread, I'm glad to know the details if someone would tell.
