good ol soulseek has served me well in the past havent used it in a while
with more reliable torrent sites but for the quick random song soulseek will
usually do the trick and you just might meet some interesting folk and find some
new music along the way

The community is top notch, but the program freezes up a lot, and sometimes the transfers act a little weird.
