Meh. It is ok. I find that I never use it because quicksilver and pathfinder will do what I need.
Spotlight is a decent enough feature of OSX, however, I much prefer using Launchbar as it is much more powerful and does so much more for my productivity.
One of Mac best feature .. than Windows suck search service ..

Every time I use Windows, I realize how good spotlight is.
nice concept and do work great.. but i heard its gets better with thrid party add on's shall try soon
I've abandoned QuickSilver and am now fully Spotlite (and happy with it)
By passed Spotlight at first and leaned more toward things like QuickSilver. I've now found my way back to using Spotlight and really like it. Simple and handy.

who likes finding things in folders when you can just hit command spacebar and dont have to go digging. take note windows.
