If you want to use it download the 2.3 version not the 2.5. The 2.3 version is silent and none-intrusive. The 2.5 needs to much attention. The used database is the same.
The most useful program ever!
Good antispyware utility that offers real-time protection against spyware. It's a good one. Although, I have heard that Crawler had connections with a spyware maker. But I think the company destroyed those connections and now it's battling against spyware.
If you really care - don't use this. It's level of false positives is so high, it is Totally USELESS unless you really know what you are doing. It will occasionmally find something others miss, but at too high a price. It will mark other anti-spyware, anti-virus, anti-trojan and root kit detectors as bad guys. And if you don't know what you are doing you will quarantine or trash GOOD apps. I have tried this off and on over the past several years and just ran it a few minutes ago - only for this Review. I ran Malware Bytes and Super Anti Spyware earlier and had nothing other than some stoopid cookies. I trust those as they are right now the BEST. Period.

Very intrusive indeed and too much prompting message (verbose can not be reduced in the options). Still it's quite good at detecting spyware that others can't find.
I prefered to disable the realtime protection and use Threatfire instead.
Nice program but frankly does TOO good of a job protecting the computer. Very obtrusive and annoying when loading new programs.
meh.....I've read that its not the greatest, but I like it, and I think its a good product, but I think it slowed down firefox launching, so I stopped using it....but that could just by my computer....but its a good product, picked up on things that others did not....good
