The browser based on the Chromium source text and offers the same basic functions as Google Chrome - however without the criticized points, which concern the data protection. Edit

More Privacy, Fast, and there's a portable version. Sold! This is my new browser of choice!
Excellent alternative to Chrome/Chromium with all the privacy breaches by Google removed.
nice alternative browser.
nice and fast
let's hope that srware will continue to develop it
As my review of Google chrome stated this is the generic of Chrome. Best of all it gives the option of where it will install, making it heads over heels better than chrome.
There is also a portable version of Iron that runs from your stick - nice!
This is just Google chrome with all Google spyware crap removed.
best and only one google chrome alternative without spy components
更新太慢。。
If I wanted a Chrome-style browser, this would be it. Needs a lot of work though.
i will try that. chrome based browser.. wow
The best Chrome-based web browser so far! Overall, it still lags behind Chrome in certain aspects, like stability and user-friendliness.
A good alternative to Google Chrome.
I really love this! It works faster the Google crome on my computer, but its pretty much the same, but it loads youtube videos really fast, And I LOVE it!
I used Google Chrome 1.0 once, but I didn't like the fact that Google sends data back to the "mothership". Then I found out about SRWare Iron and downloaded it. It's still on my computer, but I barely use it, to be very honest.
But nevertheless I like it's features and it runs well.
I love it! I didn't use it cos' i'm on Linux 95% of my time, but when I use Windows, I use it (Or Firefox). The only things maybe it needs are some add-ons, but runs very well without them...
