I don't know what exactly Stanza is suppose to do, other than open eBooks which your browser and PDF file reader does anyways and does a better job of doing too. I have the iPhone application which is good enough for reading on the go. I started to look for a desktop companion to transfer and backup books. You would think Stanza desktop does that but nope! It doesn't organize or backup your books. It's exactly what it's advertised here on Wakoopa, a document viewer, with an ugly interface and awkward scrolling. Mobile version, yes. Desktop, no! Better off sticking to your native PDF viewer!
Great for getting books onto my iPod Touch, which is fast turning into my preferred reading platform.
