Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds is a real-time strategy game built on the Genie engine, the same one used in Age of Empires, and Age of Empires II. The factions in the original game include the Wookiees, Royal Naboo, the Trade Federation, the Empire, the Rebels, and the Gungans. Two campaigns in the game are centered on the Wookiee race, and one each centered on Gungans, the Trade Federation, the Galactic Empire, and the Rebel Alliance.

It was a bit too much of a direct clone of Age of Empires 2 for my tastes. There is some cool stuff to it, and it's fun amassing an army of AT-AT Walkers, but it seems like there are too many totally specialized units and the air units are awkward. When they attack something they just hover, and that is not very star warsy, it would be cooler if they circled around or some other such thing.
