The 65th most popular development manager on Windows

Starteam is a combined Source Control System, Change Management System, and Requirements Gathering Tracker.

It seamlessly manages changesets along with tickets in the CMS which is a huge plus, however it is a resource hog. Additionally the server seems to be slow and unstable.

I use it at work and it works fine for my source code.

Useless CMS. Only advantage is good integration of tickets + code + tasks + other features. I'm trying to get my company to drop it and move to SVN + Bugzilla or Trac.

Piece o crap. The Change Request system is alright, but there are some serious issues. It seems to crash lots and isn't very responsive.
