Some places on the map is outdated with a new road (2004) not showing up (2006 version). It's useful to open a map if I don't have a internet connection available.
I installed this on my notebook computer because there are times when I can't get onto a wi-fi network to access Google Maps. However, it is quite a useful piece of software in itself. I recommend installing all the map data on your hard disk so you won't have to keep the runtime CD around.
