Style Selector is a free 200 Kilobyte portable application that runs on 32-bit editions of Windows Vista. It eliminates the need to patch any files in Vista. Simply place your new Vista themes into the Styles folder.

this is a great little app for changing vista visual styles easily. Seems to load up VS's alot quicker than Vista too, without that hanging delay. If you'r into customizing on Vista then definitely check this one out.
If there is anyway this program can improve is to provide a few options, such as changing the color / hue's of the VS from here rather than through the windows display preferences.
