Needs more features. Winner when it comes to realtime collaboration.
This is THE text/code editor you have been looking for. It has a great user interface, it's fast, cheap and works great together with other applications including the Finder (When files have been changed by other applications it warns you and allows for revert.)
I had given Dreamweaver CS3 a shot but SubEthaEdit + Fetch is way faster, better and cheaper.
The only thing I dislike is that it does not allow a search and replace for multiple files in a folder. Or I'm just not looking good enough..
