The best font manager I ever use, both on OS X ( look http://wakoopa.com/software/suitcase-fusion ) and Windows. I tried many others (free and not) but this is the easiests to use, the most supported (also comes with dedicated plug-ins for Adobe Creative Suite), the most functional. Just select the fonts you want to use, click ADD, switch them on, and ta-dah, you've made it! Supports TrueType, Type1 and OpenType, and also can connect to a server to retrieve fonts.
