Works great, and there is a free version!
Does exactly what it says and is a great simple backup tool.
Personally I use a much more robust app for backing up, but I use syncback when I need to make a large data transfer and cannot risk the chance of it canceling/stopping 3 hours into the transfer, syncback allows the full transfer to take place and if there are errors I can deal with them later but it does not cancel the entire transfer like windows does.
Working well in background to sync my personal and work documents though a ftp
