If you have multiple computers each rigged with it's own monitor this baby
let's you share your keyboard and mouse between those systems. Beats an KVM
switch in most cases.
Hi all.. Thought id stop by and share with everyone what was reported on
Lifehacker etc.. Make sure you are on the Synergy Plus found here... http://code.google.com/p/synergy-plus/
What I love most about Synergy is that I forget that it's there. Unless there
is a problem with my network/router, Synergy is invisible. Indispensable
application!
The Wakoopa tracker detects active apps. Does anyone know how Wakoopa tracks
activity? If Wakoopa hooks hardware at a low level and Wakoopa is installed on
all your machines then Wakoopa will only track the Synergy server since it's the
only one with physical keyboard/mouse movements. It will not track active apps
on the clients.
If I'm correct then every time you switch to a Synergy client Wakoopa will
continue to increase the Synergy use counter on the server but will not increase
counters of active apps on the clients.

This is a wonderful application. Being able to share my one mouse and
keyboard across 3 or 4 computers at a time is a wonderful thing. In addition,
the cross-computer (and cross-platform) copy/paste is extremely useful.
It has some quirks, but for a free app that is so incredibly useful, I'm
happy.
This is one of the single most valuable applications that I use daily. It's
always on in the background and allows me to control several PCs/laptops with
ease. I don't know how I functioned before this.
Runs in background to sync your mouse/keyboard/clipboard between two or more computers.
Works wonderfully when configured correctly, but a little troublesome due to the clunky interface for options.
Excellent app! Works nicely with my Vista SP2 laptop and Windows 7 build 7100 desktop. ^_^
Sounds awesome. Can it also share notebook keyboards and trackpads?

Cant really add to what everyone else said :-)
An excellent app
I use this across my mac, vista pc, and xp pc. 4 Monitors on the one desk all controlled from one mouse and keyboard. One of my most useful apps.
Use this at home and in the office, very useful if you use more than computer at the time. Great App.!

Cannot live without this app. Period. If you use more than one computer simultaneously, you need this!
Would be nice if it didnt crah in Vista 64bit
Great stuff, Synergy works across my Win and Ubuntu machines.
