TCPView is a Windows program that will show you detailed listings of all TCP and UDP endpoints on your system, including the local and remote addresses and state of TCP connections. TCPView also reports the name of the process that owns the endpoint. TCPView provides a more informative and conveniently presented subset of the Netstat program that ships with Windows.

    another good troubleshooting tool from sysinternal. Give visual netstat info with some other useful information. Around there are more powerful similar tools but this was born to be only a GUI for the netstat command so it do very well its job. Like all other systnernals tools can be executed without download or install in windows systems. See:http://live.sysinternals.com/

    Basically the Netstat program inside a regular MS window, minus the need for commands, and with greater detail and convenience. Excellent utility that I've been using for a few years now.
