Useful thing but novices have to be careful. Helps in managing startups and services for windows.
The must-use tool to tweak most aspects of your computer's start-up & services. Also, a good place to start if you feel you have spyware installed. Required knowledge for any person tweaking settings on their machine.

Apesar do Teatimer do Spybot evitar que programas se adicionem sozinhos ao menu iniciar de vez em quando ainda preciso usar esse aplicativo para limpar algumas tranqueiras que insistem abrir a cada restart.
Without this I'd have a computer full of useless malware crap. I don't need any auto-update. I think I'd like to update on my own thank you very much. This is actually one of my favorite Microsoft apps ever. Too bad Windows 2000 doesn't include it by default (you can always download the XP version for it here: http://www.techadvice.com/win2000/m/msconfig_w2k.htm
A must use program. Without it you will have useless programs that are rarely used in the background hogging memory, like Quicktime.
