A background application that does it's job well enough to not be noticed. I have no complaints.
Not even worth rating... it is there. It does it job and you don't even know.
Humm... when I kill it I can't keep it killed. Okay, I'd never get rid of it. Five stars all around. xD
It's most uerfull programm!!:)
It's the equivalent of Windows' System Tray...erm...Notification Area. Serves its purpose even when Finder decides to take a hike. World the way it's supposed to 99.99% of the time.

Well I guess its good - it seems pretty essential to OS X.
Without it there'd be no OS X UI, so I guess I'm grateful it's running in the background. Not sure why Wakoopa cares about it though.
I've gotta say, the window server is more my style, but the SystemUIServer is an essential part of OSX, i.e. the system will not run if I end the process.
I'm a big fan of SystemUIServer! A bargain at twice the price!
