Tail, a common function on Unix systems, allows you too see the last few lines of a text file or log file. An example would be viewing you development log. The file will update in real time if it is updated.

This is a great option for implementing tail on Windows. I use it to view my Ruby on Rails development logs.
Windows port of *NIX´s TAIL program, which displays the newest lines in textfiles. Great for keeping an eye on your web-, Tor or Syslog server´s logfile.
