I don't think this is a trojan, it seems to be a temporary file used by the nullsoft uninstaller, part of the nullsoft scriptable install system, which is employed by a lot of legitimate free programs.
I saw this "program" on my wakoopa list of programs... and guess what? This is most likely a trojan! http://spywarefiles.prevx.com/spywarefiles.asp?FXC=GIDF14809248
Appear again on the usage tracking meter. Don't know which program this installer belongs to. Really mysterious!
