The Terminal has received a number of amazing updates in Leopard. The biggest
being tabs. The transparency options are very nice too. Great work, Apple.
Great for entering commands into OS X that do cool things like enable Time
Machine on unsupported drives. Also my main SSH app which works pretty well. The
Pro skin looks brill and transparency is great when running many SSH sessions
with servers.
As far as terminal apps go it feels as polished as the best of them, though
admittedly OS X has let my command line skills apathy to an extent compared to
daily use under GNU/ Linux. Its a capable app none the less.
Mmmmm. Terminal.
It's like cmd, but better.
This app alone makes Mac the best developer's environment (unless you're a crazy .NET developer)
I always leave Terminal open and use it for many cli tasks.

Can't live without Terminal.

This was the app that convinced me that Macs were _worth_ having.

Hundreds hours in Terminal... Guys, you are monsters!)))
I really enjoy using the Terminal application. Transparency is great!

This is also the title of HyperTerminal used by Windows.
As far as ratings go, it's one of those "use it only when you need it apps, and it does what it's supposed to do."
Very useful for developers! I agree with the annoyance of not being able to use shortkeys to quickly skip through a command.
Cool app. But boring that doesn't work (fn/cmd)+Left and (fn/cmd)+Right as I suppose (home and end, as usually).
