I wrote my own programming editor many years ago that I used for 1 year
period.. then I came by TextMate and it addressed most of the reasons I wanted
to make my own editor. For ages the discussion has been emacs vs. vi, both has
been surpassed by TextMate. My deepest respect to Allan Odgaard, the author of
TextMate.
