I love TextMate, you can create a project and compile it in Xcode (C/C++,
etc.), though I'm more used to Xcode's editor since I'm more comfortable working
with 1 app instead of 2 apps essentially doing the same.
However for quick edits for various languages I get in touch with I use
TextMate. It's awesome and well worth the price!
