The 3rd most popular messenger on the Web
Tinychat is a web application that lets you set up your own instant message chat, voice chat or video chat. Seems to be a very stable product and not too overloaded. I have used it for maybe 20 hours or so and never had a problem.

Since Windows Live Messenger doesn't allow for group video/voice chat, TinyChat saves the day. Easy and it works. Not to mention free.
