I got this on budget re-release for 97p! I have no problems with the mouse speed. I have a 9800GT graphics card, and the game runs very smoothly on maximum graphics settings. It looks great, particularly the Dante level I'm on at the moment, with it's thick dust atmosphere. Weapons feel visceral. Tactical commands are intuitive, and the friendly AI makes good use of cover and fire arcs. The other single-player mode, Terrorist Hunt, is fun too, especially since the "Tactical Light" model is female so I can pretend I'm Duenan Knute or something.
Got it for $10, and I gotta ask, why the hell does the mouse move so slowly? With the keyboard its fine (hell I got it up near max). Is this a ploy for me to have to buy a damn 360 controller for it?
It's a very fun game to me but the performance is just awful. I don't know what it is but the game runs a little slow on medium settings, even with hardware that can support maximum on most games.
Haven't really played online but the single player is fun and takes alot of tactile thinking.
If you have the hardware, this is a good buy.
Online wont work!! I just get failed to initialize network service.
