I could take the time and manual type up all my CSS code but I'd rather not. Thankfully TopStyle works wonders, saves me time and makes my code look pretty. The clean-up feature and standards checker helps a lot as well. Integrates with Dreamweaver easily.
topstyle lite is the free and striped version, and is for me the best free css editor. (there not that much of free css editors)
If you need editor for HTML or CSS - Topstyle is best solution!
