… More EditTorchlight is an action role-playing game developed by Runic Games. The game was released for Windows on October 27, 2009. A port for Mac OSX will be released subsequent to the Windows version.
The fantasy-themed game is set in the fictional town of Torchlight and the expansive caverns and dungeons nearby, which adventurers explore to collect valuable loot and battle hordes of monsters.
Development of the game is led by Travis Baldree, designer of Fate, and Max Schaefer and Erich Schaefer, co-designers of Diablo and Diablo II, joined by the team that developed Mythos.
Torchlight is available for direct digital download and is on sale on the Steam platform only. An editor will soon be released, completely free, for creating mods and custom content can be imported.

I love it, nice game to play while diablo 3 launch!!!
A great game - not only a Diablo 2.5!
Of course, most of this was done in the FATE trilogy already... but still, awesome game :)

Fantastic game. If you ever played the Diablo series you'll feel right at home here and for the price tag it's most likely the best gaming deal around. The only downside is it's a single player experience if this was co-op this would simply be amazing.
Another thing is they are letting the mod community have at altering the game and for that the company should be commended hugely!
Good, GOOD Damn GOOD. It gets a little boring if u play it too much, but's a really well-made RPG that fits on a single CD.
