I'm currently using Toucan to synchronize the portable apps on my pen drive. Although the program is quite slow to sync everything (it's around 5GB of data), it gets the job done. I don't use every single feature, like the scripts or backup features (my synchronization setup is quite simple) but I'm sure these are interesting for some users. It is small and doesn't require installation.
I was using SyncExpert before, but Toucan proved itself to be more reliable for my tasks.
